Drivers are different from one another in all characteristics mentioned above.
- Some drivers may have a low perception-reaction time butvery good visual acuity and so on.

- Ages: 16 year old to 80 year old

- Physical (sight, hearing, etc)

- Design Driver: driver most expected to use facility (familiaror unfamiliar?)
- Perception reaction time 2.5s
- Comfortable deceleration rate of 3.4m/s2
- Allowable jerk of about 0.7m/s3 and 6/7.5 Visual Acuity
